Online Store Policies

SHIPPIHG:

Most orders are shipped on the same or next business day.Please note we operate on US Central Time. Under the terms of sale, unless specifically stated otherwise in the ad, we reserve the right to ship within 5 business days. If, for any reason, we cannot ship within 5 business days, the Buyer has the option to cancel the order with full refund or wait until the backorder can be filled. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable. All items become your property upon pick-up by or delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for the transit time or delays caused by UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other carrier. We are not responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged in transit. We ship to the address you provide and use the shipping method you select. Items returned as undeliverable may be resent upon payment by Customer of additional shipping charges. We may substitute the same service type from FedEx, US Postal service for UPS or vice versa at our discretion. Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us within 5 business days if any products are missing or damaged. If a lost or damaged shipment is insured, we will initiate a claim on your behalf. If damaged, you must preserve the package and contents for inspection by the shipper’s claims agent. UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We may substitute Priority Mail delivery for UPS/FedEx Ground if the cost is similar, otherwise additional shipping will be due or a street address must be provided. All packages are sent signature required, no exceptions. No Local Pick-Up. No 3rd party shipping accounts. If you pay using PayPal we will ship to your PayPal registered address as listed on the PayPal transaction page. If your PayPal registered address (confirmed or not) is not correct, please update your PayPal account prior to order. International Buyers - Please note USPS Global Priority Mail does not provide web tracking and packages cannot be insured.

International orders are subject to a 7 day holding period to verify credit card.

Sorry but we do not ship to Thailand or Indonesia. All orders will be canceled.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the item description, products are covered by a 100% satisfaction 30-day repair, replacement or exchange policy.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange within 30 Days. In order to help keep our products in high quality, we do not issue any refunds. Once an order is placed, it is not subject to cancellation. Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days, and Customers are responsible for shipping charges and handling. Exchanged items must be in new condition with all manuals, and accessories. A 20% restocking fee will apply. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

RETURNS:

Shipping costs to return products are the Customer's responsibility. Shipping costs to send the item back to you is our responsibility.

Return Procedure: All returns,whether for warranty or exchange, must request an RMA number via email to support@spysupplycenter.com. An RMA number and return instructions will be issued by email within 3 business days. Items must be shipped to the address provided with your RMA (not our office). Items shipped to our office address will be reshipped to the correct return location at the Customers expense. If being returned for exchange we must receive the returned item within 35 days following the sale of the product. Packages without an RMA number or past 35 days will be refused. To be accepted, all products being returned must be clearly labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with an explanation of what is wrong with the item and the address to ship it back to. Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc., as if they are new and in working condition. Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged product(s) will be returned to customer. Failure to follow these guidelines will invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. All returns are inspected and tested by certified technicians on a "first come" basis. While most returns are processed within 5 business days following receipt of return, please allow 10 business days during busy periods.

Full One Year Warranty Included on All Items

We guarantee all our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 1 year after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse , or alteration.

Defective Returns: www.spysupplycenter.com stands behind all products sold. All warranty coverage starts from date of purchase by the customer. All defective items will be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion. Proof of Purchase may be requested by www.spysupplycenter.com. www.spysupplycenter.com will determine if the item is in fact defective upon receipt and inspection, at no time can any item be replaced before the item in question is returned and inspected. If the item shows signs of misuse, abuse or failure to follow instructions it will not be accepted for warranty consideration. Items returned, that are being claimed as defective or damaged, WILL BE SUBJECT to a 20% restocking fee if they are found to be in working order. Please insure that you have read the manual.

We can not accept the return of certain items for exchange, including:

• Products showing wear or damaged

• Special order products

• Fees for service performed or shipping

• Single use products such as pepper spray

• Custom built products

• Activated real time GPS Tracking devices

• Counter-surveillance detectors

All Sales on the above listed items are final.

LIABILITY:

We will not be responsible or held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) we sells. It is the Customers responsibility to use all items in full compliance with all local laws, regulations and restrictions and to investigate same prior to purchase. The sole remedy for Buyers and sole liability of the Seller is refund of the purchase price.

Claims & Disputes: The venue and jurisdiction of all claims or disputes will be the State of Texas, County of Tarrant, City of Keller as applicable. The laws of the State of Texas shall apply to all transactions.
